THE Wanted’s Tom Parker says the boys patched up their differences on a break in Dubai.
But he reckons they wouldn’t have resolved their tiff so fast if they were a girl band.
The lads were reported to be arguing after band member Max George spoke about their forthcoming split without consulting the others.
Now Tom has set the record straight on their reported break-up and told The Razz they can’t wait to return to Scotland for the first time in two years on tour.
Tom said: “We are just taking a little break. We’ve had four very intense years travelling the world.
“We sat down and had a discussion about what we wanted to do with our careers and The Wanted will always have a special place for us but we wanted a little time away and to concentrate on our own thing and own personal lives.
“There’s been a lot of talk in the press but we are all very close. Don’t get me wrong. It’s been a tough couple of weeks and we went to Dubai last week and all got on like a house on fire. That’s what brothers do, even if one person has a bit of a disagreement, we always sort it out.”
