I decided to wrote short note about Nathan's health...
He is going to have a surgery & this is confirmed info. He won't be able to speak for an about month.
Apparently They are going to leave Bahamas today & They will be at LA where Nathan will have an op.

According to @iTheWantedTeam some UK Radio Stations mentioned about Nath's surgery & They spread the romours about Him leaving band. That is not true, so stop panicking, please.
Everything will be good, we have to be strong for Him & support Him. Hope He will get better soon!
His family is flying to LA to be with Him!
I want to clear up everything.
Nathan has a nodule.
What is that?
Nodules is a lump which forms on vocal chords/in the throat. They are rarely cancerous and are easily removed.
After the operation, patients are usually given speech therapy to help them speak and sing again.
Some singers are never able to hold long notes again and may find they have an altered or restrained pitch.
(Only in extreme cases does it mean the patient can not sing again. One such example is actress and singer Judy Garland who never sang again following a botched op.
Some singers are unable to 'find' notes.)
